Since January 2025, to reach the Paris Tourist Office, dial 01 49 52 42 81. A number of local information points are also available in all arrondissements.
The capital is bidding farewell to its main physical reception point for visitors, but in order to provide an even better service to the nearly 40 million tourists who visit Paris every year, we have set up a concierge hotline open every day and a network of local information points.
  • The new concierge service can be contacted by telephone 7 days a week on 01 49 52 42 81 , but also by e-mail at [concierge puis parisjetaime.com après le signe @]pbapvretr@cnevfwrgnvzr.pbzrg[concierge puis parisjetaime.comet après le signe @]or by instant messaging (Whatsapp) to offer personalized advice and meet visitors' needs in advance or on site.
  • The web app developed for the Olympic and Paralympic Games becomes a complete mobile application. Myparisjetaime is capable of making personalized recommendations and suggesting intelligent itineraries and good deals. It can also be used to book events and promote Parisian know-how. The app is also available in a version dedicated to disabled visitors.
  • Local information points (newsagents, post offices, members and tourism operators) with the "Official Tourist Info point" label. This network is animated, supported and trained by the Paris je t'aime Tourist Office teams to become official tourist information points throughout the region.
  • The opening in January 2025 of two official pilot information kiosks, near the Trocadéro (16th arrondissement) and the Musée d'Orsay (7th arrondissement). After the trial phase, the aim is to offer around 30 kiosks with trained staff by the end of 2025 and 50 kiosks by the end of 2026. The kiosk network has already undergone an initial test phase during the Paris 2024 Games, with 32 kiosks mobilized.
