At the start of the new academic year, the City of Paris, the CROUS de Paris and the Cité internationale, along with a number of other partners, are making available a multi-service, multilingual digital welcome platform, "welcomedeskparis.fr". It facilitates the arrival, installation and integration of international students and scientists enrolled in higher education establishments in the Paris region (whether or not they are residents of the Cité internationale), before their arrival in France and during their stay.
For certain procedures, students and researchers can book appointments online to be greeted directly at the Cité internationale by the Welcome Desk Paris team, Access Paris Centre and certain on-site partners, according to an online schedule.

The international department of the CROUS de Paris and the Access Paris Centre at the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris help foreign students to stay in France.
