Hidden in a park, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, on the Petite Ceinture… In Paris, soccer fields aren't necessarily where you'd expect them to be. Here's a small selection of the most unexpected ones.

Champ-de-Mars field

The most iconic

In Paris, there are several places where you can play soccer while enjoying a view of the Eiffel Tower. The best known is, of course, the Emile-Anthoine stadium (15th arrondissement). But people tend to forget its little brother, located on the Champ-de-Mars (7th arrondissement). Adjacent to the basketball court, it has recently been refurbished and is perfect for playing five-a-side soccer.

Charles Trenet Field

The most surprising

After a field located under the subway tracks, here is one built on an old railroad track! This is the Charles-Trenet city stadium (13th arrondissement). What makes it unique? It was built on the Petite Ceinture, the old railroad track that used to circle the capital.

Clos-Feuquières land

The most confidential

The15th arrondissement is full of surprises… And soccer fans would certainly agree. In the south of the district lies the little-known Clos-Feuquières square. Here you'll find a recently refurbished five-a-side football pitch with metal goals and, best of all, artificial turf, ideal for one-touch play. A real gem.

Dupleix Field

The most New York

No, New York isn't known for being a city that breathes soccer. However, the Big Apple is no stranger to playgrounds under the elevated subway. It's this very American atmosphere, even a bit cinematic, that you find when you step onto the asphalt of the Dupleix field, located under line 6, not far from the station of the same name. Note: there are basketball hoops above the soccer goals.

Playground Rai

The most Brazilian

There's no better place to practice your stepovers and nutmegs. Located in the Jardins d'Éole (18th arrondissement), not far from CENTQUATRE-PARIS, the Rai playground was inaugurated in 2022 by the Brazilian legend himself. With its surface decorated in the colors of the country where soccer rhymes with instinct and creativity, this new field is a must-try!

Want to hit the ball on other colorful courts? Then head to the TEPs at La Grange-aux-Belles (10th arrondissement), Angélique Duchemin (20th arrondissement), or Eudy Simelane ( 20th arrondissement).

Reverdy Land

The most protected

Come rain, wind, or snow, this field will always be playable. That's one of the many strengths of the Reverdy soccer field (19th arrondissement). The others? Its location, just a few meters from the Bassin de la Villette, near the Quai de la Loire, and its modern facilities. On site, aspiring soccer players can enjoy a recently upgraded field, perfect for lively matches!
