My Paris

A single log-in account and a personal space to access many of the city's online services with a single identifier (e-mail) and password.

Administratif

Identity documents

The digital appointment booking service will show you all the appointments available over the next 9 weeks, for all the City's identity documents departments. It is possible to submit an application in a district other than your place of residence.

Civil status records

Request your copies of civil status certificates online. They will be forwarded directly to the relevant Mairie d'arrondissement. This is a secure procedure that ensures confidentiality.

Online archives

Consult the digitized archives of Paris. These are mainly genealogical sources, but also iconographic documents.

PayFip: pay your bills online

Pay online by credit card, notices of sums to be paid issued by the City of Paris to pay, for example, your sweeping tax, your library subscription, your unpaid Paris Familles bills…

Referral to the Mediator of the City of Paris

You can contact the Médiateur de la Ville de Paris (City Mediation officer) to help you settle your dispute with a City of Paris department free of charge and out of court, once your dispute with the department has been unsuccessful. The Mediation officer is not authorized to examine requests for housing or crèche places.

Request a free Paris Seniors Access' Pass online

This digital service enables you to apply for a Pass Paris Seniors Access' (formerly known as Navigo Emeraude Amethyste). It is loaded onto a Navigo card and allows travel on the entire Ile-de-France network (zones 1 to 5).

The Pass Paris Seniors or Access' digital service is currently unavailable.

Online appointment booking for RSA applications

Since March1, Parisians have been able to book an appointment online to apply for the Revenu de Solidarité Active (RSA), depending on their arrondissement of residence .

Paris Family Portal

Paris Familles lets you manage your grouped bill for activities for the whole family (crèche, day nursery, leisure center, afternoon tea, study, conservatory, fine arts workshop, etc.). You can also register your children for extra-curricular activities, update your rate band, pay your bills and track your payments online, and manage your family account information.

Vacances Arc-en-ciel

An online payment service allows you to pay for your Arc-en-ciel stay.

Refund imagine R

The City of Paris has set up a reimbursement scheme for Imagine'R and Vélib' cards for all young people up to the age of 18.

Sectorization: which school does your child attend?

You can search for the school or college where your child will attend. If more than one school is indicated for the same address, your child will be able to attend one of these schools, subject to availability. Register at your local Mairie.

Social housing application

If you wish to create a social housing application, update or renew your housing application.
The City of Paris offers everyone, whether or not they live in Paris, an online service for making an appointment for all your housing-related procedures in Paris. If you are applying for social housing for the first time, or updating or renewing your social housing application, you can make an appointment at the housing reception points in your arrondissement town hall.

LOC'annonces

With LOC'annonces , you can access apartment for rent ads from HLM housing organizations at rents 15% to 30% lower than in the private sector.

Scoring housing applications

Evaluate the situation of your social housing in the City of Paris with the cotation, a points system for your file.

Tourist tax declaration

Would you like to declare your situation with regard to the collection and payment of taxe de séjour (tourist tax) for your hotel, furnished accommodation or bed & breakfast? This compulsory formality is carried out online via your new remote declaration area.

Declaration of meublés de tourisme

Would you like to rent a furnished tourist accommodation in Paris? You'll need to register your meublé de tourisme online to obtain a registration number.

Recours administratif préalable obligatoire (RAPO) Pay parking in Paris

You may contest your Forfait de Post-Stationnement (FPS) by filing a Recours Administratif Préalable Obligatoire (RAPO) within one month of the date of notification of the Forfait de Post-Stationnement payment notice.

Request for a Temporary Occupancy Permit (AOT) for Event Parking

From April1, 2019, you can apply online for planning permission, prior declaration, development permit, demolition permit and obtain a planning certificate.

The Welcome and User Services Office (BASU) responds to the following requests:
  • Help with urban planning files by appointment
  • Help with digital filing of planning applications by appointment
  • Consultation of planning files that have been the subject of a decision via the contact form(Urbanisme/Consultation dossiers instruits).
Planning information issued via the Internet is only valid on the day it is issued. They constitute a simple information document and can in no way be considered as an administrative authorization of any kind, nor as a planning certificate.

Planning information notice

This service allows you to view and download the electronic file of the official planning information notice for any plot of land located in Paris.

Professionals

Applications for planning permission, signage, stalls or terraces, and requests for parking rights

Requests for planning permission, signage, terrace installation, stalls or mobile ashtrays, as well as road permits, can now be submitted online via "Mon espace professionnel". Businesses can also apply online for parking permits. All you have to do is create an account to create your file, submit it and follow its processing by the City's services.

Information on basement conditions

Would you like to know whether your subsoil is at risk from the presence of an underground quarry? You can now query the Inspection générale des carrières (French quarry inspectorate) online, which provides a digital information service on the subsoils of Paris and its inner suburbs (92, 93 and 94).

Tourist tax

You can now make your annual declaration for the flat-rate tourist tax online, in just a few clicks.

Public procurement

All City of Paris consultations are published on a common space for responding directly online.

Collection bins

If your garbage can has a broken lid or damaged wheels, simply fill in an online form to request repairs.

Digital facilitation

Having trouble using the city's digital services? Borough halls can provide you with a digital space where you can obtain information and assistance with your online administrative procedures.
Town hall staff will help you and show you the online procedures available to you.
In each town hall, there's a space where you can save time by completing several procedures in one place. A receptionist trained in digital facilitation will explain and show you how to use online services that you can then use on your own equipment (smartphones, computers…).
